Creative Director

I was actually named after our small but mighty London Bridge studio. I can usually be found in a meeting or behind-the-camera working with some of the world's biggest brands and personalities.

Over the last 10 years I've worked closely with hundreds of very talented humans, to produce thousands of videos, accumulating hundreds of millions of views.

I combine traditional film and television production with a lifetime of creating content for the internet, to make great-looking audience-focused content that is a pleasure to create.

When not working, I'm likely on the sofa catching up on YouTube videos about logistics and trains.

I oversee all our post-production services, which typically involves around 50 live projects with thousands of different deliverables. You will find me in the centre of the control room every day with a mug of Earl Grey and a good book on the go.

I have a BS in Film and BA in History from The University of Texas, and a Masters in Shakespeare Studies from King's College London. While I was born and raised in the US, I now live in South London with my partner and our dog Archie.

Production Manager

I oversee all our past, current and future projects. You will likely find me in the office or on the move with the production team, yellow Macbook in tow, ensuring the team have everything they need before they need it.

I studied International History and Cultural Heritage Studies at LSE and UCL, before spending a decade working on climate change policy in the Civil Service. Before that, I was Will's first ever Producer.

Assistant Producer

Often found behind the camera in the studio, dashing about on our location shoots and liaising with all the wonderful people we get to work with. I'm here to make sure everyone we film with has the best experience possible.

Born in London and originally trained as a contemporary dancer at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. I worked as a choreographer before moving into high end client services. When not at the studio, you can find me socialising with a glass of Prosecco or illustrating with an Apple Pencil - sometimes both.

I ingest, colour grade, audio conform and assemble all of the footage we film before splitting edits with Steph. My edit speciality is multi-camera productions, and viral TikToks that the team call 'Kitt Specials'.

Originally from Norwich, I trained in media production from a young age before studying Film at LSBU. I worked in TV for 7 years before joining WillCarne. When not at the studio, you can find me hosting D&D sessions and looking after my cat, Mouse.

Alex

Hopkins-McQuillan

Studio Assistant



I help with shoots both in studio and out on location: making notes, prepping teleprompter files, and ensuring all our lights and cameras make it back in one piece (or in however many pieces they disassemble into). On the rare occasions I get to sit at my desk, I caption our videos and write scripts for our upcoming originals.

Born in Dublin, I studied English Literature at Oxford, where I also made short films and theatre. When not at the studio, you can find me watching films and playing football.

Archie

Junior Publicist

Often found chewing his toys under the desk in the control room. Archie works part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. He thrives at welcoming visitors, and letting the team know when it is lunch time.
